Dear Members of the Senior Class,

The Senior Art Exhibition is an opportunity for you and your classmates to display artwork created during your four years at CBNA. Some of you have taken art classes all four years while others have taken just one class or not at all. Either way consider displaying one or a few of your creative expressions during this 25th annual senior class exhibition. A PowerPoint Presentation will be created of the exhibition for viewing during Baccalaureate. The exhibit of original artwork will open on Thursday, May 19th and remain on display through Thursday, May 26th. The exhibition will be set up in the foyer area, surrounding wall space and mezzanine area on the second floor of Smith Hall. Any senior who would like to exhibit their artwork is encouraged to participate. Please complete the intent to participate form located on the CBNA Website & Ed-line no later than Friday, April 15th. All students who notify me that they will be participating will be informed of additional information, as the exhibition date gets closer. The form/email will only take a few minutes to complete so please take a moment before the on surge of senior activities is upon you.

In addition, seniors, who have taken three or more art courses, may consider leaving a lasting record of their artistic talent, by donating a two-dimensional work of art to the CBNA Permanent Art Collection. A frame will be purchased by the Academy. The complete digital collection is now available and can be accessed through the CBNA web page under “Art Collection”. Please Note: Because of the limited space during graduation, only donations to the permanent art collection will be on display during the graduation ceremony on Friday, May 27th. All other artwork will be available for pick-up on Friday morning after your final graduation rehearsal.
