I.             Senior seminar with the Headmaster - September, 2010 
  
II.            Initial planning meeting with advisor - September 3, 2010       

III.          Present the advisor with a project proposal and preliminary plan for approval (1+ page formal essay) for advisor approval - October 1, 2010   

IV.          Written, personal and project narrative submitted to advisor - November 5, 2010   

V.            First presentation of project and portfolio to advisor including the completion of any three components - December 3, 2010        

VI.          Completion of a preliminary meeting with Guidance Counselor to discuss the
“Senior Career Plan.”  - December 3, 2010        

VII.         Subject area for senior project lock-in date (Only minor changes in project subject are allowed after this date.)  - January 7, 2011           

VIII.       At least twenty hours of Community Service completed and ocumented  - By January 7, 2011           

IX.          The completion of 10 or more components and a meeting with advisor to finalize project plan  - February 3, 2011          

X.            Completion of community service component - March 11, 2011            

XI.          Completion of all components and all projects unless special permission has been given by theHeadmaster or Assistant Headmaster  - April 7, 2011                 

XII.         One copy of the entire portfolio written material submitted to the advisor for review and the scheduling of a required rehearsal presentation (If this is not done, then the student will not be scheduled for an exit interview) - April 7, 2011                 

XIII.       Four finished copies of portfolio materials presented to adviso - April 14, 2011               

XIV.       Exit Interview – to be scheduled during early May.
