CBNA THEATRE TO PRESENT All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten IN NOVEMBER

NORTHWOOD—CBNA Theatre will proudly present All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten on November 8, 9, 10, 2007 at 7 pm in the Gerrish Gym. Based on Robert Fulghum’s best selling books, Kindergarten takes a funny, insightful heartwarming look at what is profound in everyday life. This tightly woven adaptation is an evening of theatrical storytelling in revue format, with monologues, dialogues, and multiple voice narration, enhanced through the use of live piano underscoring.

The delightful stories feature colorful characters such as: a shy little boy who insists on playing the "pig" in his class production of Cinderella and steals the show; a man whose dream of flying carries him high over Los Angeles...in a lawn chair buoyed by surplus weather balloons; a "mother of the bride" who's staged a perfect wedding—until the bowling ball of fate rolls down the aisle; and a modern-day Greek philosopher who finds the meaning of life in a piece of broken mirror from World War II. These stories celebrate our very existence, from the whimsy of childhood to the wisdom of old age.

The cast includes seniors Jesse Horne, Taylor Nelson, Kyle Starkweather and Arianna Young; juniors Addie Moreno, Lucy Sutton and William Farrell; sophomores Joshua Cunningham, Michael Dodge, Michael McCulloch and Anni Ferronte; and freshmen Alli DeFlumeri and Hannah Jones. The production stage managers are Charley McGowen, and Abby Sargent, assisted by Stephanie Moore. The production is being directed by faculty member Elizabeth Lent, assisted by student director Kelly Dodge.

Reserved tickets ($7 for adults and $5 for students and seniors) will be available after October 24 by calling 942-5531or by stopping by the CBNA main office. Tickets will also be available at the door. Please join us for this evening of heartwarming, funny, charming, and touching stories that are about all of us.
