If
you have not already done so, set up an account and get a password from
Paul Lacroix. He will provide you with help getting started.
Step
1: Display your home page.
Click
on this icon -
- and a new window will open. At any time, you can expand this new window
for better visibility. In it scroll down to your home page name.
Click
on your homepage name and it will appear in the new window. When it
opens, click on the blue wrench -
- on the bottom of the page.
Step
2: Enter your password.
When
the page opens, enter your password, and press the <go> button.
The edit page will appear.
Step
3 Modify your page (This will be your Home page).
Please
note: Do not change the home page name Paul created for you (this is
name in the the page title block at the top of your home page edit screen).
Enter any title you want in the second box. Finally, type (or cut and
paste) the text for your page into the large text box. epeat this process
in the lower sections of this same page if you have additional content.
When done, press the <Update Page> button.
Congratulations!
You have just created and published your home page! It can now be seen
by the entire world!
Step
4: View the results.
Click
on the magnifying glass icon -
- at the bottom of the page. After a brief delay, you will see your
page just as it will appear on the Internet. If you need to make changes
at this point, just click the "back" button on your browser
or return to step 1 above.

How
to change your password.
To
change the password, go to the bottom of the edit page for your home
page. Find the box that says "new password?" . Enter the new
password (remember that passwords are case-sensitive). Press the <update
Page> button. After a brief delay, The edit page will reappear. Your
password is now changed.
Congratulations!
You are now officially the page owner and you are ready to make changes
and add additional pages, whenever you like.
A
note about passwords. Changing passwords can sometimes
complicate things, so try not to change your password again without
speaking with Paul first. He will help you to avoid some potential pitfalls.
